The Depths of His Love in Autumn

The heavens declare His steadfast love,

The earth proclaims His grace above.

As autumn falls in golden light,

His Word endures, both day and night.

“The Lord is good,” the psalmist sings,

“His mercy flows, unending springs.”

The leaves that fall, the seasons fade,

Yet in His love, my hope is laid.

“Be still,” He calls, “and know I reign,”

Through shifting winds and harvest grain.

“For as the heavens stretch so high,

My love for you will never die.”

The prophets spoke of His design,

A covenant, both true and kind.

And now, through Christ, that love is shown—

A sacrifice for sin atoned.

So in this season, I will rest,

For in His love, I’m richly blessed.

Through autumn’s depths, His truth is clear:

The Lord is faithful, ever near.
